5 Soups and Broths used Around the World to Nourish your Postpartum Body

Soup really is good for the soul. I think this is why my dad always makes it for our family. There is something just so calming about sipping it with the steam rising up to our face. I was referenced to these soups and broths by one of my favorite aunts who is a health nut, an amazing cook and total foodie. I’m more than certain she will be making a couple of these for her daughter and son-in-law while visiting her first grandson in London next week! Click here for the recipes and why they are wonderful in the Fourth Trimester.

Making these for family members, friends, neighbors or coworkers with a newborn would make a sweet welcoming home gift. Note: Many people give little gifts right after the baby is born, but remember the Fourth Trimester lasts a year or even longer! So you don’t always need to be the first one to bring something over. Try anytime week 1- 12 months <3
