A tip in the 2nd Trimester to Plan for the 4th

Hi!! I have a quick simple tip for tonight. And that is, begin to plan for postpartum during your second trimester (beginning week 14 through 27 weeks gestational age)

 

The second tri is a radiant time, baby starts to kick! And women tend to have a burst of energy – usually!  not the case for everyone (side note if you were car sick often as a child you are more likely to be nauseous during pregnancy, yes I am doomed too) but we will get through it!!

 

So as you feel things moving along :) in your pregnancy, I think it’s a good idea to begin thinking about your “postpartum wishes” and how you envision this time to be the most radiant for you while you are feeling the most radiant in pregnancy. 

 

A few tips to prep for pp during the second tri: research Pediatricians, ask your OB/Midwife to provide you with a consultation for a Women’s Health Physical Therapists! and begin to jot down at least in the back of your head who your biggest fans will be cheering you on through the first year of postpartum xoxo
