Your blood pressure, heart + breathing rate, oxygen levels and temp, are also checked frequently, as often as every 15 min depending on the facility you deliver at- protocols may differ
We like to get you up and moving! So we help you walk to the bathroom and want you to use it. Urinating every 2 hours even if you don’t feel the urge is a good routine to get into during the first couple of days, sometimes it takes a little time to train your bladder after the 9ish months of your babe(s) growing on top of it
We will supply you with all the ice packs for your perineum + v big pads + mesh underwear + peri-bottle
You can eat your fav snacks and cheers with some lovely sparkling water!
