You know, imagining a butterfly opening and closing her wings 🦋can help you become in-tune to your pelvic floor 

So ok want to try?!

*For this exercise sit on the floor with a cushion underneath you. Can be a couch cushion, a rolled up towel + blanket or if you have a yoga block grab that sit on it*

~ First, connect your breath to your body. So simply take 5 inhales and exhales. Feel your breath move throughout your upper and lower body

~ As you inhale in imagine a butterfly closing her wings and as you exhale imagine her wings expanding

~ As you inhale in, pull your pelvic floor up and in 🦋imagine the butterfly closing her wings

~ As you exhale out relax your pelvic floor, allowing it to lengthen like a butterfly expanding her wings

*This pelvic floor exercise is so wonderful during pregnancy and postpartum and matter of fact any stage of womanhood you are in*
