Overwhelm️ A common feeling during postpartum and well, yes life too. Here are my mom’s 3 tricks in how I view my mom

Which I truly know she doesn’t even know they are tricks, it’s just simply the way she lives her life ️

1. Put things into perspective, when everything feels like its tumbling over take a deep breath, be in the moment and think ok how can I help make this situation 1 plus better

2. Share emotions when things are hard; bad + sad express it, it’s ok to feel weak. That’s what your support is for to pick you up and help you get through the tough times

3. Don’t play victim. Things happen to us that are unexpected. Life has ups and downs and these moments shape us to who we become as moms ️ dads ️women ️ men️
