Do you think postpartum depression can become less prevalent in the USA?! I one hundred percent certainly do!! Heres my thought. We have to retain ourselves on what is expected of us during pp.  You guys all I can say is S L O W M O.

This is the time to be mindful, rest + enjoy the little things. I am all about the little things and postpartum is all about it!! Cuddling, cozy time holding your babe  and your partner, fresh air + eating warm delish meals made by fam, friends, coworkers, ubereats whatever it takes! 

This lifetime phase is monumental. And shapes moms + dads + babies lifelong health. Be good to yourselves.
